Phase 1 - The West

This covers all the lines going out from the city centre to the west/North West of the city. It includes a revamped Partick Depot (like they all will be) to suit Trainz.

In 1948, the Tramway Department planned 2 extensions. One was to extend the line west from Anniesland and the Blairdardie terminus across the Forth & Clyde Canal along the boulevard as second route to Duntocher. At the same time another extension line from halfway between Anniesland Cross and Scotstound West was to run over half a mile through South Knightswood as far as Dyke Rd (and just round from my present home!). Who knows, I might be tempted.......

I have also relaid the short shuttle line lifted as far back as 1922 or so that ran down Finnieston Street.
